7.2 GB fit in one DVD

Hi,
Would some body please show me how to make one DVD 7,2 GB fit in one DVD of 4.7 GB? is it possible or not? Thanks :confused:

You can't directly put 7+ gigs into 4.7 gig media, just like you can't put 3 liters of water into a 2 liter bottle.

You'll need to shrink (transcode/reencode) the video, or use dual-layer media ($$$). :)

:D the reason I asked for that because I got one movie which is 7.2GB size on one DVD disk. So what kind of DVD disk they used or what technique they apply? please don't get mad because of my stupid questions..I'm lazy and I just want to make my life easy... that is all. Thank you for give all the lessons. :D
 
They pressed the commercial DVD onto a "Dual Layer Disk"

U can Burn to a Single layer disk (4.7GB)(Commonly called a"5") or a Dual Layer (about 9GB)(Commonly called a "9") but to get it on the 4.7 U need to compress it

just search the tutorials & the forum to find out how :cool: :cool:
