Are you sure? In australia it was rated only M Not recomended for people under 15, wasent even MA.

Just whipped out my Matrix DVD and yep it was/is rated R.
Each country is different of course, but an "R" rating is what it recieved in the US..... probably because of the violence and NOT because of Keanu's nekkid butt!
