Sony U10A to Dru 500

have had my Sony U10A DVD Writer over a year now.

I would like to flash its firmware to a Dru 500 then upgrade to the latest version for the 500.

I can probably get the latest version of the 500s firmware from the Sony Site, but I don't know where to get the flash software that will change it from a U10A to a dru 500.

Any help would be appreciated

You dont have to upgrade unless you finding problems with your unit.
If it's working as it should for you I say keep what you have, unless you know what your doing with the firmware.
