Your help (again) please...

Well now installed xp-pro on my computer (again!!!) because of some errors.I have a dvd-rom a recorder two discs (one with windows two partitions xp-ntfs & another one fat) and the other with linux which is not browsable with windows as you know.
Well can you change the letters of the drives?I want dvd to have e: and recorder f: and the discs c: with the OS and d: the other partition..
Is it possible or do I have to format and install windows again??

You can change the drives here. Start, control panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Disk Management. Right click on any drive and you will get the option to Change Drive Letter then choose Change. Thats it.

You can see Linux through XP? I didn't know this. I am about to give Red Hat a try when I get the new system up.

Is Red Hat the way to go? Or would anybody recommend another?

No linux is not browsable from any windows!!
But windows is browsable from linux (if you've formatted the windows partition in fat you can edit also from linux).
