Yet another newbie in need of help

First of all, I apologise if I am in the wrong area. I have spent hours today trying to find out the way to do things, but i guess I am just about word blind with all the reading!! I just WISH there was a step-by-step tutorial.

OK ... so ... I have downloaded and installed DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink. I have ripped and shrunk my DVD, which was about 7Gbs and are showing 4.35 now.

My next problem is: I have Nero Express, but it is an OEM version for VCD and SVCD, so I can't use that. Checked out the other software that was bundled with it and found MyDVD Sonic. Installed that and that really caused problems. After installation, I can only boot up in Safe Mode! So, uninstalled that and am OK again.

Now then ..... can someone suggest where i might be able to download any software from the net? Or do I pack it all in and go back to just CDs and CDRW?

what burner do you own !?

and what format is your shrunken file is it now an ISO ?

if it is burn using decrypter burn in iso mode and point it to the .ISO file

In Shrink's preferences untick 'burn with nero'. Then with Shrink when you go to backup use the pull down and choose ISO to burn with Decrypter.
