XP SP1 update - problem

I have updated the XP to sp1a, and I notice that I cant get at the attachments in my e-mail now. Is there a way round this, or do I have to get shot of Sp1 update ? (Which is what I am doing at this moment out of temper while doubted Bill Gates actually having a father.....

I lost being able to get attachments when updating Office XP, but not Windows XP. I used Tweak XP Pro to allow me to receive attachments again.

PhilK Try lookin in the settings 4 Ur mail prog, i kmow that updates 2 Outlook Express switch on a option that disables the attachments, think it in the security settings & uncheck Do not allow attachments 2 be saved or open that could contain a virus
