XP Shutdown

I had a problem after installing SP1 on XP Pro, i had to repair windows viea the repair option on the boot up disk, since then my machine regurly shuts itself down with the error message IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL TO, has anyone any ideas where the problem may lie

Thanks

Hi bro did a search for ya but that problem could range from your burning program to drivers and your bios. Did you manager to right down the error code if there was one after the error message? I would tend to update your video drivers to see if the problem go away.
ps: have a look on micro***** homepage also for help by inputting error code (support section) Good luck
