XP MCE, Reset5, Big Error

i cloned my partion to a new hdd, now when i go into it
i get unable to verify product activation error, any ideas

i had used reset 5.01 that came with the 5 in1 pack cd

im stemped as wut i do

i cannot use safemode

any ideas

if i turn reset5 off, from msconfig in the friggin services tab area

and then restart, will this affect my current xp, if it doesnt, i will then try
to clone it again with reset 5 off

A reset button is perfectly legal- however I have doubts about that "reset 5.1" button- I don't think I saw one of the kind to any electronics store!
