Xp Lock Down Program????

Does anyone know of a program that when XP is in screen saver mode and you have to put in a password that it can lock the cd-rom drives to? A friend of mine has a two year that loves to play with the roms.

He's running XP Pro and NTFs. Thanks

I just found this site. It says the program (WinU) "locks the CD-ROM drive door"
