xp home and printer

hi try to put my printer on xp home it will not install at all took shot of screen if it may help so if and on can help plese do my printer is a bjc-2100 canon or is there a file missing from my windows xp home thanks

what do ya mean a file is missing..what file...you can go to the canon web site if they have the right drivers..and choose 'have disk" then browse to the floppy or folder they are at...just because they show 'not digital signed' dont mean nothing...most of my drivers havent 'kissed MS's arse yet"
 
yes but got right drivers in the botom of screen yellow triangle have wright drivers just will not install but thanks

if you look on the screen shoot i get a yellow triangle saying chkdsk utility please help think i have a flie missing from my xp home
 
It is a Windows 2000 driver, as I can see from your shot, which might not be good for XP. And of course the official software CD might not be that good, in that case you have the right to replace it without any charge.
The bad thing is that if you forced it at first installation try to accept the unsigned driver, it might have done some damage at your Windows installer section, which is certainly not trivial to correct.
