xp home and my Processors

hi i have a amd athlon xp 1800 + but xp home in my device manger at side of Processors as a ! in yellow ! can anyone help me fix it please or tell me how to fix it thanks loads

Can you do a screen shot.
Control+print screen.....open paint go edit and paste.

You may have to add this to a zip file then attach it here.

O.K that last attachment contained nothing

Just have a look at the driver and see if it says Microsoft 5.x.x.x or something similar

Right click on your processer and click update driver,leave the default setting then go next

what's the result

If the pc is working properly, possibly there is nothing wrong w/ it.
*Unistall the driver then reboot, see if this fixes the prob.
*Could be a bad MB, CPU or compatibility issues between both ( check for the latest bios upgrade for your board).
*An O'C ed cpu.
*If not already install sp1.
