xp and clonecd country auto detect

I just downloaded clonecd v.3.3.4.1 and during the setup it says that I because I'm from the US it is disabling "amplify weak sectors" and "hide cdr media" options. What' s the deal is this stuff inportant and if so how do I make it so I can use it?

I found out my problem

I originally tried that and changed the setting to the UK. Then I read another post and tried Canada and it worked. For anyone who might read this and that has the same problem set the regional setting to Canada, get the reg cleaner and clean the reg after you've uninstalled clonecd, and reboot he machine to make sure that the new settings have gone into effect. XP users have to delete the US language options before you reboot. Then once installed I think you change your settings back. Thanks agian for the response johnnabegood.
