XP again

Running XP Pro when i go to update to sp1 ,does nothing so i went to site to download manually and all it says is to order cd,i thought it was a update? Or where to get it at? update in my menu does nothing sends me to site and just sit's there?

Youv'e probably got one of the licence keys that microsoft have blocked.
If you search the forum, there are tools to help get a good one and change it without re-installing
