Is a cd with a boot manager installed and the repective images for each OS if you do a search with "bootable" a lot of info about this will appear.

And a tool that allows symbolic links for identical files - so those shared between several only take up one lot of space.

That tool is CdImage,an internal M$ app....as LTR12101B already said,this tool can store identical files of different apps to 1 directory and point the different programs to that directory when extracting files or running setup....this can save a lot of space on your cd-r...
