x-burn angry post

just a heads up (and some help if anyone has it)

im using a 56k modem and free isps, so my time online is limited. awhile back, i ordered 2 cds through file planet (which uses xburn) to get a bunch of game stuff, trailers, utilities etc. . .. i wound up putting in an order for 2 cds with about 600mb on each. after receiving my conifmration i noticed that the confirmation number for both cds were the same so i tried emailing xburn many times for support -- no answer. i finally get my order in, and all i have is one f**king cd filled with only 120mb of data. i have sent many emails trying to get support, but nothing.

if anyone has a phone number that would be a huge help. ive tried calling directory assistance, but no luck. if not, take this as a warning. i feel i got ripped by this company. 20.00 down the drain.

by the way, this is not meant to be a comment on fileplanet itself.

You are right you did get riped off..you have nothing on the cds that you cannot fined on the net if you take the time to look, use the search on this forum and the search on your browser, a hard way to leren but now you know.. ther are some traps out ther.
