How to convert wma tracks to mp3?
From the Codec"s properties all the .wma files are 80kb/s, 44Khz, is it near mp3 128kb/s quality?
Actually i want to convert them to mp3 and listen to my car-mp3 playerm, so don"t care if i loose in quality...

A fantastic freeware converter is dMC ie, dBpowerAMP Music Converter. It will convert 30 different music formats back and forth and accepts all the best/original codec .dll/exe's for conversion. Just make sure to stop by the "Codec Central" for all your codec needs.
