winxp + nav2003

ive formated my C: the installed a sleepstremed winxp pro sp1

and then installed nav (pro) (tryed both) :) 2003 and it says cant register liveupdate and the whole shit is ****** UP!

any solution to this anyone ?

is freedom antivirus a good antivirus ? should i switch ?

any coments on this ?:confused:

Not that this helps out your situation but I just finished a clean install of XPpro and NAV 2003...no problems what-so-ever. Maybe try the install again, personally I dont use the slipstreams...just install XP then the service pack. I dont understand what is trying to be saved by slipstreaming...it only takes me like 30 seconds to install SP1 from a complete fileset download.

Sounds like a bad fileset either of XP or NAV...:confused:

yah i know.. clean xp without sleepsterems works.. but i dont want to reinstall winxp to install nav2003 just because i used a sleepstremed version..
surley there must be a another solution:(
