There's no WinRAR 3.0 Corporate Edition! There's only the standard package. The Corporate version spread on the Net, is nothing but a cracked version, with cracked AV. Don't use it!
If you want to have a registered version please buy it. Or if you don't want to pay, you can use illegal registration keys (Paradox...)

been using my corp edition also. It works just fine. Perhaps someone got one from a bad site that did some other changes to mess things up, but I know the one I am using is working fine (just like Maxamus's)

WinRar “Corporate” Edition ?
Hello Folks,
There is no WinRar “Corporate” Edition. This is just a poorly ripped/cracked version of WinRar that if used will disable the “AV” function of WinRar. The so called WinRar “Corporate” Edition will compress/decompress archive OK but the “AV” function will not work properly but will not harm your computer hard drive. Occasionally someone will compress a WinRar archive file using the “AV” switch and if you use the WinRar “Corporate” Edition to uncompress the file you will get an error code stating that Authenticity Verification (AV) failed. To prevent this from occurring I suggest you use the rarreg.key provided by forum member adelies in this thread. I have provided an explanation about the “AV” function in WinRar.
“AV” is one of the “Switches” used in WinRar. “AV” is the abbreviation for “Authenticity Verification”
If this switch is used, WinRAR will put, in every new and updated archive, information concerning the creator, last update time and archive name. If an archive, containing authenticity verification, is being modified and this switch is not specified, the authenticity verification information will be removed.
In archive management mode it is always possible to read the authenticity information using the Show archive information command. Authenticity information is supported only by RAR archive format.
When creating archive volumes with the "-av" switch, authenticity information will be added to each volume.
In order to enable the authenticity verification feature, the program must be registered. Please read the License and registering information chapter for more information about registering.
If this switch is not specified, authenticity information will be added only if the option "Put authenticity verification" in the default compression profile is switched on.
Example:
add all files from the current folder to the archive "release" and add authenticity verification to this archive

If you would like amplifying information about the so called WinRar “Corporate” Edition suggest you use the “SEARCH” function of this forum and view the numerous postings concerning the WinRar Corporate Edition.

I never use that function (but still don't like possibilities of extra bugs in my program). I found 2 good working patchers/generators.
One is from TMG & the other by LasH.
LasH being those who help out here -- so that's why upped theirs (better than the rarreg.key (made by paradox)

no probs. Being that LasH patch has been out long enough, I will up the TMG one also (it works more like a keygen-patch *where you can input your own info **so unique reg file)
