winrar AV function

If you have a valid registration key, just add some files to an archive and enable the AV feature at the Add options. Once the archive is created, all you need is to open it and WinRAR will check the AV seal. Using cracks the AV seal will be always corrupt, but there are valid keys spread around.

Okay i have installed winRAR 3.1 beta 2 and after putting rarreg file in program directory I can create an archive with authenticity verification. I can then open the archive without error message
or view the "show information" The problem is I have two differant RAR files from this forum that contain other rarreg
files that the creators say will make winRAR's AV function work. When I open them I get AV error. So either my rarreg file dosent work, or theirs dosent , maybe none of them do. I guess the only way to know for sure is if I had a RAR file to test made by a
registered version.
