WinOnCD bug?

i install winoncd 5.0.....
after the install the prog tell me "DXSetup.exe" in the installdirectoy from 5.0 not found???
is this a bug from the download ore what????????

i load win on cd from this side..........so ist is not a iso and the file is missing ?
or is this a problem of windows ME DirectX?
