WinOnCD and VOB Instant CD questions

I was trying to download the English version of WinOnCD v.5.0 Power Edition.
I followed the instruction,
"WinOnCD v.5.0 Power Edition
Description: For getting the english version of WinOnCD read more here."
and clicked on read more here. The link just forward me to the news column which has no articles relating to how to get the english verison of WinOnCD. What is going on here?
Also there is a WinOnCD v.5.02 download link on the bottom of the same download page. What is the difference between the Power Edition and the non Power Edition. I couldn't find this information on the Roxio website.

What happen to VOB Instand CD/DVD? The company website is down and this site's download link doesn't work any more. Did another company bought up VOB?

1. There is no legal downloadable version of WinOnCD currently (there has been a free offer for 5.05 PE by December).
2. VOB was first aqcuired by Steinberg and then by Pinnacle.
