WinonCD 5 wont re-install

I had a problem and had to go back with System restore. Lost Winoncd 5, so I thought No prob, I'll re-install it. Only it wouldn't. I deleted what was still there of the previous, but it still wouldnt. I tried to install to another HD, same result. It gets up to a point a dialog box comes up (in german of course and I cant understand anything apart from "qualitats" or somesuch) and now I cant get it on. Any help ?

PS Yes, I did put on the service pack which was on recently.
