I would not know where to find a bios update or how to apply it. Here's my bios info PhoenixBIOS 4.0 Release 6.0 Notebook Version 1.00.1.00 01.01.12-01.02.06 Also the missing NTLDR message also say press any key to restart but just comes back to the same message.Any help is always welcomed And thanks.

Probably different HAL.DLL for the changed system. Or deleted / uninstalled too many drivers. Usually best to not delete anything, just install, boot to SAFE mode, then rescan for devices, etc...
