This was posted by Gina into the german forum, will translate the question and cut the story a little
So, the problem is:
She/He did convert a normal VHS movie to a digital movie format (MPEG2). The movie got a wide screen format, 720x336 to be precise. She/He wanted to burn the movie onto a DVD, but the program only accepts resolutions of 16:9 or 4:3.
So the question is:
is there a program to fill the rest with a black bar, so it gets the normal resolution ?
I hope I did point out the problem correctly ..
if not, just ask and I will try to explain further
