why did i end up with 1 cd@699mb and the other @350mb??

Hey there... I just made a Divx rip using Vidomi and chickenmans tut. for ripping it..
(i've done 4 or 5 and they worked GReat!)
but this time i told it to make the output file on 2 CDs @ 699mb..

and in the end i ened up with 1 CD with 699mb and the second one had like 350mb?? why would this happen??

shouldnt it spread it out evenly over the 2 cd's? cuz the first one is just over 1 hour.. and the second one is 30 min...


any help would be great!

2 cds X 699 MB means not that it will make two full cds but means it try to fit in two cds

hmm... okay

is there a way to make it "use" the full cd to create a better quality rip?

like usuing DVD2SVCD.. it uses the whole cd to make the rip..

make higher the bitrate on DivX options will gives you a better quality and bigger size. Try changing to 1800.
