Greetings from New Zealand..
Can someone tell me which is the easiest and best software for copying dvd to dvd..
Also perhaps what is a good DVD Writer to Install
DVD Shrink looks easy but I think you may have to use something else like Nero to Write..
Thanks in advance from down under

Hi

Mate you have variuos apps like CloneDVD, DVDFab, DVD X Copy Platinum, DVDShrink is probably the easiest from them all...

I have a PIONEER 106 With the firmware at v1.07 Region Free..

@ Danny Kiwi,

I suggest trying the combination of DVDDecrypter v3.1.9.0, DVD2one v1.40 and CopyToDVD v2.4.11. This combination of software is fairly easy to use and produces good results.

You can obtain additional information about these programs by visiting Doom9.Org located at http://www.doom9.org and CDFreaks Forum located at http://club.cdfreaks.com

The Sony, Pioneer and Lite-On are ± DVD format recorders and are solid performers. Suggest no matter which DVD recorder you decide to get to ensure that you purchase good recording media.

Coaster

Welcome to the group Danny Kiwi! Nice to see another Kiwi in our midst. Although, I'm really only an honourary Kiwi to be sure... as I only lived there for 2-1/2 years. But at least I can do the haka and have been known to swing a mean taiaha! ;) Enjoy your stay and come back often my Kiwi brother!

I have a Pioneer A06 4x DVD-/+RW and absolutely love it!

Doesnt he want a program to encode dvd movies the easiest way I used DVD Decrypter, DVD2One... There a long process....

You the latest software out the it stress and headache free...
It automaticlly does the de-coding/en-coding, they even can make an image files so it is a direct burn to your DVD-R/W +/-...

I got a burner yesterday and tried shrink dvd 3.1 and burned my first dvd easy peasy.
It might not be the best I've yet to find out but it is easy. It does take a while though. :)

Runnoco,
Au contraire, I find DVDShrink extremely easy and the quality is very good as long as it doesn't go under 70% compression.
BTW I love the new DVDShrink (3.1.3 now) It simply is awesome!
