Which is better CCE or TMPGEnc?

Which do you think is better, I would like to get some feed back about this. I have * cough* encoded *cough * around 50 movies using TMPGEnc but have heard that maybe CCE is a better program to be using.

If that is so do all I have to do is change over TMPGEnc to CCE in the DVD2SVCD program and the file locations to get it running?

TMPGEnc is fine for VCD, CCE is much better for SVCD, DVD.

You will have to use V2.50 AFAIK for DVD2SVCD and yes all you have to do is tick the CCE box on the encode tab, if it does not find CCD all you have to do is browse to the file.
