What kind of Software should i use to burn it.....

this is a Visual CADD Drawing file hence .vcd you will probally haven to change the extension then try burning with nero.
how to do this is the ? I tried changeing a autocad file extension (whitch worked) but when I went to get it back from the cd it opened up nero (and I could'nt open the file) so who knows.
maybe someone else is more knowlegable about .vcd files
ok found out more.
have you tried Disc Juggler
goto h**p://padus.com they have a trial ver. and they also say something about "super vcd" so
you could also do a search here for DJ and about that .vcd file

actually if you think it is a movie it is probaby a video compact disc that is supposed to be playable on computers and dvd players that have vcd support. http://www.vcdhelp.com/vcd
