In this days lots of app can do it--my choice is razorlame--small free,easy customizable--and you can use lots of features--audio tveaks from the razorlame options....Take a presets or make your one...For Lame i still use that lame 3.90.2--simply couse its a most recomended lame version---find it on hydrogen audio board!!!For razorlame go here http://www.dors.de/razorlame/index.php simply put lame exe in a program directory--and youre ready to go!!!!!Enjoy!!!If i dont need to use it often i would use any audio proggy which uses lame encoder--eac,cdex!!!!

Np guy--also about presets be very carefull--if youre not 100% sure what are you doing go to http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/index.php?act=portal and get proven ones!!!...
