What is M2V File???

When I extract FFX(JP Version) it produce m2v and wav files.
When I use TMPGenc to mutiplex it, it popup an error warning: 24523 packet buffer under flow, mpeg file may cause problem when you run it!

How can I perfectly multiplex this 2 files?????

An M2V file is an MPEG-2 file of the video component only.

Why are you trying to multiplex these 2 files together? if successful all you will end up is a MPG file that you can just play on your PC. Is this what you want to do?

TMPGEnc is not a very good muxer. Use bbMPEG V1.24 beta 18 for muxing. There are older beta16 versions floating around, but don't use them (buggy).
When you open the GUI, you can click on "Start encoding" (don't worry here: it does not yet really start any encoding...), then click on settings. Select your options, then start the muxing process.
Should you encounter a crash when trying to open a file selection box, then restart and click on the "Load" button in the upper left corner of the first screen. Then close it immediately (Cancel), and then you continue like mentioned above ("Start encoding", etc.).
bbMPEG has a weird GUI, but it's a great muxer!
By the way: If you use the SVCD profile, deactivate the scan offsets and the alignment (creates much overhead and not needed).

When I multiplex the 2 files and I play it, it seems hangs when I play it!

As the Fox said, try muxing with bbMPEG or even Wombles MPEG2VCR.

"When I multiplex the 2 files and I play it, it seems hangs when I play it!"
What are you playing the mpg file with and on what?

I play the mpg-2 with WMP 9 and WinDVD both software hangs when I play it!!!

Anyhow, how to use the bbMPEG software?

Just to let you know that the last version of TMPEGEnc(2.510) solutioned all the muxing problems I was having too(at least for now). Seems like the previous version was flawed.

Version : 2.510. 2003/1/17
Fixed: In the Environmental setting window, General tab, checking Enable multiplex with... and chosing audio file other than mp1, mp2 or mp3 format would raise an error when starting to encode.
Fixed: In the MPEG setting dialog window, GOP structure tab, when Detect Scene Change and Force picture type setting were both selected, closing the dialog window and re-open it would clear the Force picture type setting checkmark.
Fixed: In the MPEG setting dialog window, System tab, chosing MPEG-1 Video-CD (non-standard) would in fact select the MPEG-1 Video-CD setting.
