What happened to Ice Alcohol?

Alchol 120% latest version do just that so perhaps they incorporated it int that?
No Ice Alcohol was supposed to be more like Nero Vision Express, converting DVD to VCD and stuff like that.
There was also supposed to be a data/audio mastering plugin.
I have no idea what happened to either.

I'm a Beta tester for Ice Alcohol, my lips are sealed. 
There has been no activity on the beta testers forum since earlier this year when a beta copy was found in a warez site. Though I have been told development is continuing.
To be honest, I would suspect the program has stopped development (that is my personal opinion only) due to programs like DVD2One, Shrink, EazyVCD, etc.
I'll lets you all know if there is any news.
