What Does No Change Log Mean

Excuse my ignorance, being a beginner.

But looking at the Info on the new Download for Nero V5.5.5.6

It states - 'so an internal build NO changlog'

What does this mean?

Usually Ahead, the company who developes Nero releases their new version on their site: w*w.ahead.de
But, they have usually some internal (no public) releases till they give out the new version. Betatesting ...
And with a new version usually a list with the changes (changelog) is given out ..
But since v.5.5.5.6 is a internal release, there is no offical changelog ..

Surely some bugfixes ..
