When I tried to extract my file in "iso buster", a .bin file and a .cue file were both there. How do I extract the two files so that my computer recognizes it as one file so that I can use it?
what do I do with bin and cue files in "iso buster"?

try burning a disk image.with nero or nero express-"better " ,use the "Disk Image or saved project" option if you are using Nero Express. Drop down the "Files of type" box and choose "Image files (*.nrg, *.iso, *.cue)" and browse to the folder where you have expanded the zip file. Double click the .CUE file and burn your disk.this will burn the bin image to disk that you can use , the cue sheet only tells nero how to put together the bin file to make it work, ive used this methodwhen i downloaded bin and cue file to flash firmware on a dvd recorder so it does work.
