what about the size of bin files

ok i'm new at this stuff, i've download some iso's the first few i got burned fine 400- 500 megs. the next one came as a bin&cue file set at 728 megs. the cd-r's i have are only 700meg do they sell larger capacity cd or is there something i'm doing wrong?

Ok thanks,but how do i know what sector size i'm using? And how do I change it?
I'm using Nero 5.5 to burn with.
