were can i find a free email adreess like hotmail But not HOTMAIL

that i can sign it to the messenger and recive emails thro pop and dont get as much junk as Hotmail

I will have a look at all thos emails but i think i will just make a freeserve one then convert it so i can use it with msn messenge
