Yesterday afternoon I recieved a call from Ghoulnet my ISP, they have been threatend by Gallions who are trying to get my site and forum removed, well they frightened my ISP but not me these people can not do any more to me than they have already done, I did remove the site from the Ghoulnet servers, but I have put it up elswhere. I have asked Ghoulnet to send me a copy of this letter from their Solicitors, what I do not understand is why not threaten Ghoulnet and not me?

Why

Cos if they sue you they wont get a penny but your ISP has more to lose.
If u run an "iffy" site its best to have a backup mirror site somewhere and keep moving.
You are not alone.;)

As it happens I have uploaded the site to about 40 different servers, I have the url forwarding setup so that I can easily redirect, it only takes 2 minutes to do, the thing is is that every word that I have said is true, I wanted to put the site up 2 months ago but I just would not have been able to prove what I was publishing, put as soon as I had the proof I published, The truth is a defence against Defamation

Better to keep a low profile and keep up the good work.
If your site is of interest to the members post the address in the recommended sites section, but remember no direct linking ie change http to h**p or similar.
