Was it just me - or was it a blip!

Went to find Net Transport to post info in the freeware section.

Then when I came back, cdrbase had died!
Close IE and re-open, no joy.

Wandered off for 1/2 hour, and back it came - come to think of it, it's not the first time.

Do I need to kick my ISP, or does the server "blip out" occasionally?

Is there an hourly traffic limit, I wonder?

Then again, I've noticed it at other places too - try once, no go, try a little later, not even slow.

Of course, you never know if the path you're passing through is under ddos attack - quite common for other sites in the vicinity to suffer as well.
