I'm trying to burn a movie... it's 716,988kb. So, technically that should fit on a cd. BUT, when i add it to nero and it converts, its just a bit over 900mb. I upped my overburn, but it still gives me burn errors. How the heck do i burn this?

you should be able to dump to nero as mpg 2 to svcd compilation dont let nero convert and you should be able to burn the svcd with no problems at all :)

regardless that its 716mb :)

716.9 MB will burn just fine on 80 minutes CD, and leave quite a bit of disk space empty! Use MODE2, which anyway is the default for (S)VCD video tracks.

If your 716mb file is a SVCD mpeg, then if your using Nero, simply select the Super Video CD option and drag your mpeg in. If its SVCD compliant then Nero will simply let you burn it. If not, then a few options will be given.

VCDEasy is a better SVCD burning tool anyway and their last free version 1.1.5.2 works just fine.
