W32.Neroma@mm is a mass-mailing worm that attempts to use Microsoft Outlook to email itself to all the contacts in the Windows Address Book.
The email has the following characteristics:
Subject: It's Near 911!
Message: ice butt baby!
Attachment: 911.jpg
W32.Neroma@mm is written in Microsoft Visual Basic (VB) and is UPX-packed.
Type: Worm
Infection Length: 5,632 bytes
Systems Affected: Windows 2000, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT
Systems Not Affected: Linux, Macint
