A bit more info m8. Is it one VOB or more. Has it been authored by a DVD Authoring program or the result of DVD Shrink or DVD2One or similar ? Or have you simply ripped the VOB files off a DVD?

5 vobs straight rip off dvd with smartripper

I would think the easiest way would be to use TMPGEnc Author and import them directly. Then author up a new DVD.

So just 5 vobs (total under 4.37 gig ?) and no IFO files, no BUP files and no VIDEO_TS.IFO file ?

You need to create new IFO files using IFOEdit. Read the tutes there on how to do it as well. http://www.ifoedit.com/
