Is there a program you can use to improve the quality of a video? Much in the same way that encoding an MP3 from 128 bits to 192, for example, improves the sound quality, is there something I can use to do the same to my "adult" vids to make them look better?!

If you mean improving the quality of an already encoded video, I'm afraid it's not really possible.

exaMPLE: Although some DIVX codecs are better than others, they all basically look the same.

However if you mean improving the quality of a video you will be encoding, then there are several ways you can do it such as, increase bitrate, use a good codec, increase resolution, etc...
