Video card recommendation

Hi. I'm currenlty building a computer for my brother and I don't know which video card to choose from these two vendors:
PNY or Leadtek

I'm thinking of getting a Geforce4 Ti 4200 64mb with good quality and I don't intend to overclock:
AMD Athlon XP 1700
Epox 8kha+
Crucial ddr 2100 512mb
Enlight 340 PSU

yes same here. I would go with Leadtek. Good company (quality behind it). Alternatively I would suggest Asus, Abit, Visiontek.
PNY do make some good cards, but just haven't prooved themselves yet I think though possibly in the future.
I heard from someone that Elsa is finished, but perhaps they are now behind PNY/Verto now (since verto was started last year sometime).
