Burn your cue/bin files with CDRWin or Fireburner as they are decigned for it.
Also, not all DVD players can play VCD's, check at _http://www.vcdhelp.com/dvdplayers.php for your player. A lot of conflicting data there but read all the comments. Some units will play using certain brands of CDR or CDRW only. Many more play VCD's burnt to CDRW's so try one of those.

well you didn't understand me very well
the cdr that i made with nero from videocd.bin
that was creat by vcdeasy work very well on my standalon dvd player
but not on my pc dvdrom cdrom cdrw
i tried to burn the same bin with cdrwin the mesagge was sucssful
but can't see it on my pc crdom dvdrom or on my dvd player

hmmmmm, this might be a dumb@ss comment, but how are you trying to view/play the VCD on your PC?
Cause you will need PowerDVD/WinDVD or something else that plays mpeg movies (other than windows media player) properly off the CD (or try zoom player *it's free at h``p://www.inmatrix.com).

Yep, try all above, good suggestions. I assume you have CLOSED the CD when burning with Nero ? A DVD Player will generally see a not-closed CD while the PC will not.
