vcd question

could sum1 tell me if theres a program thatll take a mpg or avi file and burn it as a vcd?

whats the program that has a gui that looks a lot like that of alcohol 120%?
because i remember using that to accomplish this task without any of the problems im having with nero and ezcd creator...

Nero sucs big time for converting AVI to vcd and ezcd cremator is not that much better for writting.

MPG's (VCD or SVCD) can be burnt to cd using VCDEasy. If its not vcd or SVCD compliant then it will need to be converted. Same as with the AVI.
