Vcd motion menus

I have some vcd format songs on my hard drive. Now i wanna burn them to cd but i want to make motion menu buttons, now dont get me wrong the buttons in the menu come up in nero but they do not play on that screen instaed only a pic of the start of the individual songs are displayed.
Anyone know whcih software will let me do this

Have a play with TSCV (get it from _www.doom9.net d/l section) it makes menus for VCD and talks about motion menus. Never tried it myself though.

I know the Phillips VCD Tools 2 can make a motion background to your menus (just like a DVD) but again I have never played with it. A high learning curve needed to use this one though.
