vcd audio out of sync

can anyone help me again please!!!just burnt a VCD and the audio is completely out of time with the actual film, by about 5 or 6 seconds. this is not the first time this has happened.what is the reason for this happening and what can i do to prevent it?any help would be much appreciated.

Hard to say how it happened when you didn't explain how you created the VCD.

Check the tutorials section for instructions on fixing it.
