using ip address to find subnet address

how does one find out a ISPs subnet from their ip address?..for the past days someone from wanadoo has been trying to connect to my machine and I want to block them in my firewall. But since wanadoo use many ip address, I don't want to setup lots of rules to ban wanadoo. I just want ban the subnet wanadoo is using..

is there any (download / shareware) tools out which work out someones /an ISPs subnet?...

any help please...
