USB Cables - 1.1 and 2.0 - any difference?

I was wondering are there any differences between a USB 1.1 and 2.0 cable. I mean how does one tell which version a cable is for. Thanks.

Thanks nasty mailman! I wonder if the cables that were supplied with HP Digital Camera's were USB 2.0 though since that's one I have over here. I don't have the camera anymore but have the cable.
