Update to VBB v.2.2.9 !

Hi people !

Just upgrade the board software !
Some bugs have been fixed ! and seems like some have been introduced !

Some sites like the quick reply, the user CP doesn´t work anymore !
I am sorry about this ! Will be sovled asap ! I am already in touch with the VBB team and the community ..
Will be sorted out soon !

It was some mess in the style stuff, fixed by now ..
