Unsupported movie file on TMPGEnc

Have created a movie from Adobe Premiere 6.5 using the Standard DV-NTSC settings as follows:

Description: Standard NTSC Video (4:3 interlaced)
32 kHz (12/16 bit) audio

Video Settings:
Compressor: Microsoft DV (NTSC)
Frame Size: 720 x 480
Pixel Aspect Ratio: D1/DV NTSC (0.9)
Frame Rate: 29.97
Depth: Millions, Quality:100%

Audio Settings:
Rate: 32000, Format:16-stereo
Compressor: Uncompressed

Rendering Options:
Field setting: lower field first

When tried to encode the movie file of this type to Mpeg-1 VCD format using TMPGEnc, i got an error that the file is unsupported.

Pls help how to resolve this. Any inputs would be appreciated.

PS.
Btw, i have not used the Adobe Mpeg Encoder in Premiere for VCD format because my resulting Mpeg file has thin horizontal lines all-throughout the screen.

To start with, your audio is not standard at 32khz, VCD requires 44.1. TMPGEnc could be objecting to that. Try encoding the video only, does TMPGEnc still object?

With such a quality DV file, why go to VCD, why not convert to SVCD and then you can use CCE via DVD2SVCD. It handles DV files much better. Have a read of this Tute http://www.cdrbase.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=7755
